If your question is about a booking you have already made — changing a date, cancelling, a pickup point — please contact the tour operator or GetYourGuide directly. We are an independent guide, not a tour operator, and have no access to your booking.
For most planning questions the answer is probably already here: the travel guide, the getting here page and the best time to visit page cover almost everything we are asked.
What we would love to hear about
- Anything on this site that is out of date, wrong or unclear.
- Changes to border procedures, timetables, ticket prices or opening hours you have seen on the ground.
- A guesthouse, guide or restaurant in Shymkent, Turkistan or Zhabagly that we have missed.
